The ‘Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974′ page is an earlier essay looking at the Act in relation to the ‘Breaking the Circle’ review in 2002, which New Labour failed to implement despite the obvious need from the review findings. Thankfully this has been addressed in terms of the coalition review, the Green Paper – Breaking the Cycle, which is available here.
